1 Simple Sorting  sorting tray, with coloured counters 

Using the pincer grip sort the counters into different sections. (can also be done with various objects and smaller grains and pulses, or using tweezers)

Use the tongs to pick up the beads and sort into the sections by size/colour/shape/type
