Practical Life Advent Set - Limited edition

A set of items to mix and match for practical life pouring activities, this set is designed to accompany our Advent practical life series of 24 activities - see our social media from December 1st.

2 non slip plastic trays, one large green plastic tray and two wooden trays are included but more can be purchased separately.  Additional wooden trays are available in various colours. 

In edition to the items contained in this set you will need:

• items to transfer: eg beads, pulses, grains, pasta etc.
• coloured water
• a vase
• a measuring jug
• chopsticks or training chopsticks (or substitute this activity with the included  scoop)
• a cucumber, banana or carrot etc for cutting
• a plate
• dustpan and brush or our miniature version
• beads and a lace

A dark stained bamboo rollable mat is included not the natural one shown in the video and the funnel is also slightly different from the one pictured in the group shots.

ELG: Moving and handling: children show good control and co-ordination in large and small movements. They move confidently in a range of ways, safely negotiating space. They handle equipment and tools effectively, including pencils for writing.
